Gardenia Grove is deeply personal to me because this fragrance is what inspired me to start making candles in the first place. Years ago, Amy’s Country Candles sold this unforgettable gardenia scent at the Ritz-Carlton in New Orleans, and from the very first smell, I was completely hooked. Gardenia has always been my favorite flower fragrance—soft yet powerful, elegant but wild—and this scent stayed in my mind for years.

I was beyond excited when Ms. Amy was kind enough to sell her fragrance oil to me so I could finally bring this candle to life myself. It feels full circle in the sweetest way.

The scent is rich with the heady intoxication of blooming gardenias drifting through thick Southern air after a summer rain. Fresh green leaves and delicate violet soften the floral heart, while subtle berry notes and warm clove give it depth and warmth. It smells like an overgrown garden tucked deep in the Louisiana swamp—humid, lush, and impossibly beautiful.

Hand-poured in small batches with coconut soy wax and a crackling wooden wick, Gardenia Grove was made to fill your home with the timeless beauty of the South in bloom.
